Paint \/ Varnish for plastic enclosures<\/h2>\n

A full range of paints: RAL codes, Pantone and counter-types, PU, Acrylics, Varnishes.<\/p>\n

Different aspects and textures: gloss, matt, satin, smooth, textured (\u201cwaterdrop\u201d effect), Nextel\u00ae (velvet look), self-graining.<\/p>\n

EMC shielding for plastic cases and enclosures<\/h2>\n

EMC shielding<\/strong> consists of reducing an electromagnetic field in the vicinity of an object by interposing a barrier between the source of the field and the object to be protected.
\nThe barrier must be made of an electrically conductive material. This shielding method is mainly used in electronic devices equipement with\u00a0 plastic enclosures<\/a>. This involves coating the inside of the case with a metallic paint.<\/p>\n

We can provide you an internal painting in copper or nickel.<\/p>\n

Marking<\/h2>\n

REVOLUPLAST uses the latest computer graphic technology allowing us to print your logo and customise your plastic parts in line with your specification.<\/p>\n

Silk-screen printing:<\/strong>\u00a0 printing technique using stencils (silk screens) inserted between the ink and the substrate.<\/p>\n

Advantages: It allows a high level quantity of ink deposition, which guaranteeing not only an intense and long-lasting colour but also excellent opacity.<\/p>\n

Digital printing:<\/strong> reproduction technique enabling photo quality printing from computer files.<\/p>\n

Advantages: Digital printing technology makes it possible to print small quantities in four-colour process in a short space of time.
\nThe absence of tooling costs reduces printing costs for more than 2 colours and make it possible to obtain gradations or finer details.<\/p>\n
